统一战线与国家软实力建设研究

中共十七大报告明确提出了＂提高国家文化软实力＂的战略目标。统一战线是中国国家软实力的重要组成部分,包含着强大的文化吸引力,创造性地继承了和而不同观、得道多助观、广开言路观等传统政治思想的精华,是我国具有合法性和道德威信的外交政策的重要组成部分。国家软实力建设为统一战线发展提供了新的发展理念和发展空间,使多种所有制共同致力于文化建设,法制环境、制度建设,致力于教育改革和发展,致力于国家执政、管理能力,国民新态、国民形象的提升,致力于民族精神和民族优秀文化传统对国民产生的内在内聚力的提升,等等。

Research on United Front and National Soft Power Construction

The report of the 17th Party Congress clearly proposed the "To improve the national soft power" as the strategic objectives.United front is the important constituent part of the China national soft power which contains traditional political thought essence,such as,powerful culture attraction,being harmony with differences based on creative inheritance and other excellent views.It is also an important part of foreign policy with legality and morality.National soft power construction provides new development concept and development space for united front,makes multiple ownerships dedicate to the cultural construction,makes various power dedicate to legal environment,system construction,education reform and development,dedicate to national administration,management ability,national new state,national image promotion,dedicate to promotion of national inner cohesion with the national spirit and excellent cultural heritage,etc.
