珠钢热轧机支撑辊CVC辊形技术开发

摘    要:介绍了珠钢原CVC辊形工作辊与平辊形支撑辊配置使用存在的问题,分析并指出平辊形支撑辊应用辊端部应力过于集中.研究和开发了与CVC辊形工作辊相配套的支撑辊CVC辊形技术,降低了辊耗,增强带钢板形控制能力,促进了薄规格热轧板的生产.

Abstract:It introduced the existing problems produced by using CVC work roll and flat backup roll, and it also analyzed that stress was concentralizing excessively on the border of the flat backup roll. The backup roll CVC contour was developed to match the CVC work roll. The results showed that the roll consumption was reduced, the ability of strip profile contol was enhanced and the thin gauge hot roiled strips were promoted.
