| 摘 要： | 东雷抽黄灌溉续建工程是世界银行贷款建设的农业综合项目中的子项目,其工程建设管理模式在没有可供借鉴的情况下,采用了当时世界上一些先进的管理手段和方法.通过对其进行优势、劣势分析和对该工程整体工程建设管理进行综合评价,为优化该工程建设管理模式提出了理论支持及优化途径,为大型水利工程建设管理提供了可借鉴的模式.

| Abstract: | Continued construction of Donglei irrigation district by pumping Yellow River water is a sub-project of World Bank financed agricultural project. The construction and management of the project employs the current advanced management tools and methods worldwide. By evaluating advantages and disadvantages and overall evaluation of project management, theories and optimized measures are proposed so as to provide a reference for large-scale irrigation project construction. |
