摘    要:利用有限元法计算了带有尾气透平的某型压缩机转子动力特性,现场动平衡表明了计算的正确性;分析了尾气透平对整个转子力学特性的影响,发现转子在联轴器和尾气透平处具有不平衡敏感性,经常引起机组振动超标,在自动平衡试验的基础上,采用主动平衡技术的解决方案.

Abstract:Using the finite element method, rotordynamic characteristics of a centrifugal compressor with tail gas turbine is calculated, which is verified by field balance. Further investigation is done on the effect of dynamic characteristic of tail gas turbine for the compressor rotor. A unique feature is discovered that the unbalance response at the coupling and tail gas turbine is very sensitive, thus, The solving plan of auto-balancing is brought forward on the basis of auto balancing test.
