摘    要:空冷机组背压随环境条件的变化范围较大,其不同环境条件下的运行安全性和经济性等相对湿冷机组都可能会出现较大的差异性,需要进行单独的研究。本文对不同配汽规律的几台间接空冷机组的实际运行状况进行了调研,包括机组运行的安全性、经济性以及调节性能。依靠机组的实际运行数据分析机组的优化潜力,并从阀门管理角度给出相应优化改造建议,以提高机组在冬季和夏季的运行安全性和经济性等,以期实现火电厂的安全运行和节能减排的两大目的,最终效果良好。这对我国200 MW以及其他级别空冷机组的安全经济运行及综合优化改造具有一定的借鉴作用。

The Actual Operating Conditions Research and Integrated Optimization Potential Analysis from 200 MW Level Indirect Air Cooling Unit

Abstract:With the changes in environmental conditions, air cooling unit backpressure varies greatly, and its operation under different environmental conditions and economic security are likely to be greatly differ- ent with other wet units. This paper focuses on the impact of steam distribution laws for several different indirect air cooling unit on actual operating conditions, including the safety of plant operation, economy and regulation performance. Relying on the actual operation of the unit optimization potential data analy- sis, and treansformation recommendations are put forward from the perspective of valves management in order to improve the salty and economy in winter and summer. This paper has a certain reference for 200MW and other levels of air cooling unit safe and economic operation and integrated optimization of transformation.
