| 摘 要： | 钢铁联合企业副产大量的高炉煤气,但高炉煤气因热值低,难于直接用于轧钢加热炉上,许多企业存在高炉煤气富余放散的现象.韶钢通过采用金属换热器对高炉煤气、助燃空气进行双预热,重油-高炉煤气混烧,蓄热式燃烧技术等措施,将高炉煤气用到轧钢加热上,充分利用企业的富余高炉煤气,降低了轧钢工序的生产成本,走出一条发展循环经济的新路子.

| Abstract: | Iron and steel conglomerate enterprise produces measurable blast-furnace-gas which being much low heating-value can not be supplied directly to reheating furnace for rolling mill,therefore there is much emission of blast-furnace-gas in many Iron and steel enterprises.With techniques including combination of heating the blast-furnace-gas and heating the air by metal heat exchanger,combustion of fuel oil in adulterating blast-furnace-gas,regenerative combustion technique,blast-furnace-gas has been applied to reheating furnace for rolling mill at SISG,and a new path for recycle economy has been taking by making fully use of remainder of blast-furnace-gas to reduce the cost of rolling mill. |
