Fairness of Human-oriented Urban Traffic Planning,Construction and Administration

Fairness and sharing is the primary principle for urban traffic development, which has however not drawn sufficient attention by the society. Hereby noted are a series of unfair phenomena in urban traffic planning, construction and administration, with the analysis of the cause therefor from the concept and policy.
