汽车钣金三维拉弯机智能编程系统

摘    要:汽车钣金拉弯机在更换不同的机械装置后,可以加工不同类型的钣金件,而程序要由专业编程人员修改。本文在分析该设备的工作特点后,开发了拉弯机的智能编程系统。该系统利用上位计算机的编程灵活性,使用组态王形成上位智能编程软件;下位机用可靠性高的PLC作为程序执行器,控制拉弯机的各种电磁阀完成各种加工任务。下位PLC与上位计算机通过RS485总线相连,PLC可在线或离线工作。该系统不需专业的编程员而是由操作者针对不同的车型钣金件编制不同的加工程序。该系统在吉林某汽车配件厂应用,取得满意的效果。

Abstract:With different machine, automobile part stretch bending former can produce different part, and program must be reworked by special programmer. The intelligent programming system was presented based on the analysis of automobile part stretch bending former. With programming agility on upper computer, the intelligent programming was formed in this system by King, view. The downer controller is high dependability PLC and control electromagnetism valve produce parts. The upper computer and downer PLC is linked by RS485. PLC can work online or offline. This system need not special programmer, handlers can make the different producing program of various automobile parts by himself. At last, this system was successfully used in a factory of Jilin.
