浅析高职院校毕业生的就业问题

随着高等教育的高速发展，大学毕业生数量速猛增长，其中高职院校毕业生数量占我国普通高校大学毕业生数量总额的一半以上，高职院校毕业生的就业问题越来越受到社会的关注，文本从高职院校毕业生严峻的就业形势形成的原因和相应对策两个方面对高职院校毕业生就业问题进行了分析。

Brief/ Discussion on the Employment of Graduates from Higher Vocational Colleges

With the development of higher education in an incredible way, there is a rapid growth of college graduates in terms of number, in which graduates from higher vocational colleges account for more than a half. Therefore, the public draws more attention on the issue of the employment of graduates from higher vocational colleges. This paper makes some analysis on the issue of the employment of graduates from higher vocational colleges from two perspectives ： one is reasons resulting in harsh situation of the employment of those graduates mentioned above ; the other is correspondent solutions to settle down this problem.
