过氧化氢氧化法处理霜脲氰含氰废水的实验研究

摘    要:采用过氧化氢氧化法对含氰化物的霜脲氰废水进行处理,实验结果表明,废水初始pH、CuSO4投加量,双氧水投加量和反应时间对实验结果均产生影响。霜脲氰废水的最佳处理条件为:pH=11,过氧化氢投加量为理论计算量的4倍.可不加入CuSO4等催化剂,反应时间90min。CN^-去除率为80%,同时可氧化降解一部分COD,去除率为18.9%。

Abstract:The oxidizing process of hydrogen peroxide was used to treat the cymoxanil wastewater Containing Cyanide. The results indicated, initial pH of wastewater, the dosages of CuSO4 and hydrogen peroxide, and the reaction time all have impacts on the experimental results. Under the conditions that pH was 11, the dosage of hydrogen peroxide were four times of theoretical calculations, without CuSO4, reaction time was 90 min, the removal rate of CN- was 80 % and a part of COD were degraded, the removal rate was 18.9 %
