| 摘 要： | 3-N，N-二甲氨基丙烯酸乙酯是合成氟喹诺酮类药物新方法中的关键中间体。文章依据大量的国内外文献资料，综述了氟喹诺酮类化合物母环的合成方法，重点总结了国外资料中关于30N，N-二甲氨基丙烯酸乙酯的合成方法，并对其各种合成方法进行了比较。

| Abstract: | Ethyl N,N-dimethylaminoacrylate is an important intermediate on the prosess of synthesis of FQNS medicine. The paper reviewed methods of synthesis of FQNS＇s mother circus ring, especially summarized the methods of synthesis of ethyl N,N-dimethylaminoacrylate in abroad documents, and compare these methods. |
