膨润土/淀粉系衣康酸-丙烯酰胺复合高吸水性树脂结构表征

摘    要:考察了淀粉复合树脂的结构和热稳定性,通过扫描电镜分析,在BSPIAM和SPIAM复合树脂表面有大量层状结果,从端面观察可以看到内部有大量的空隙,有较大的比表面积和孔容。从含膨润土的BSPIAM复合树脂可以看出其空隙更为蓬松,说明膨润士较均匀的分散在聚合物中,且没有明馒的成束聚集状态,膨润土/聚合物的界面比较模糊。BSPIAM复合高吸水性树脂在440℃之前都是比较稳定的,可以适成较高的使用温度,膨润土的加入也提高了树脂的热稳定性。

Abstract:Chemical microstructure of the BSPIAM superabsorbent omposite is tested by scanning electron microscope analysis. On the surface of BSPIAM and SPIAM without bentonite, the large number of composite resin layers is observed. It can be seen that there are the large number of gaps in the inside and a larger surface area and small pores. The BSPIAM composite containing bentonite can be seen the the gap is more fluffy. The reason is that the bentonite uniformly dispersed in BSPIAM and there is not an obvious bunch-aggregation. The interface of the bentonite/SPIAM is rather fuzzy.
