摘    要:文章采用水热法制备ITO纳米粉末,制备的粒子为片状,体心立方晶体,商径约为50nm。将ITO粉末按比例加入到四氟乙烯基氟碳树脂中,加入添加剂,调制透明涂料配方。采用旋涂的方法将涂料涂于透明玻璃表面,耐腐蚀性研究表明,该涂料腐蚀前后透光率没有明显变化,这说明具有良好的耐酸碱腐蚀性、耐盐雾腐蚀性。

Abstract:ITO nano powders were prepared by hydrothermal method. The particles were center-cubic crystal. The shape was flake and the diameter was about 50 nm. ITO powders were added into tetrafluoroethylene fluorocarbon resin. Adding additives, transparent coating formula was modulated. The sample was painted in transparent glass surface by spin-on method. Erosion resistance research indicated that the light transmittance did not change significantly before and after coating corrosion. That shew that the coting had good acid, alkali and salt fog corrosion resistance.
