摘    要:文章针对郝家坪联合站化学驱采出液破乳脱水过程中存在的脱水速度慢、乳化层厚、脱出水含油高等问题,研制了由两种聚醚复配而成的SWT-06破乳剂,经室内和现场试验,与现用破乳剂相比,SWT-06破乳荆具有脱水效率高、使乳化层变薄及脱出水清的特点,解决了该联合站原油破乳脱水过程中存在的问题。

Abstract:Drawbacks such as slow dehydration speed, thick emulsion layer, and high oil content in water of dehydration occur to the demulsification dehydration process of the liquid extracted by chemical flooding method in Haojiaping Combination Station. A new demulsifler SWT-06 compositing of two polyethers was synthesized and applied in this process. In comparison with the current demulsifier, the proposed demulsifier affords faster dehydration speed, thinner emulsion layer and cleaner water of dehydration, and which solves the existing problem well.
