摘    要:本文介绍的超前注浆造顶上向进路尾砂充填连续采矿法,通过“模糊数学优选采矿方法、数值模拟优化采场结构参数、超前注浆固结造顶、无界限连续回采工艺、侧伏进路断面、快速脱水加筋尾砂充填、采场顶板智能动态监测”为技术特色的非胶结充填体下破损阶段矿柱安全、高效回采成套技术,有效解决了河东金矿老采区残留矿柱资源的综合回收难题,增加矿山可采储量,提高矿山经济效益。

Abstract:This paper introduces a continuous ascending drift - and - fill method with tailing fill roof. Through use of a complete set of high - efficient and safety stoping process for recovery of fracturing level pillars under non - consolidated fill,which is characterized by using fuzzy mathematical method for the selection of the preferred mining method,the numerical simulation for the optimization of stope~ structural parameters ,the pre-grouting for creation of access roof and by adopting a continuous limitless stoping technique, the section of side - lying access, the fast - dewatering and reinforced tailings fill, and the dynamic intelligent monitoring on stope roofs, the problem on recovery of residual pillars in old stoping areas have been efficiently solved in Hedong Gold Mine, thus increasing the recoverable reserves and improving the economic profit of the mine.
