摘    要:采用不可逆相转移法,于水溶液中,在n(茶多酚)∶n(三氧化二砷)=10∶1,反应温度50~60℃,反应时间6h的条件下合成了标题化合物茶多酚砷。配合物的FTIR为:3417.16,1694.69,1619.55,1617.71,1508.95,1449.35,1351.99,1206.39,1037.54 cm-1。UV为:220 nm,3.700Abs;250 nm,1.100Abs;275 nm,1.800Abs。1HNMR,:δ1.180,2.840,5.409,6.058,6.490~7.123。白鼠急性口服毒性实验证实,合成的茶多酚砷为低毒有机物。

Abstract:In aqueous solution,by means of irreversible phase transfer,tea-polyphenol and AS2O3 in molar ratio 10∶1 reacted at 50~60 ℃ for 6 h to afford the title complex.The product was characterized by FTIR:ν=3 417.16,1 694.69,1 619.55,1 617.71,1 508.95,1 449.35,1 351.99,1 206.39,1 037.54 cm-1;UV:(220 nm,3.700Abs),(250 nm,1.100Abs),(275 nm,1.800Abs);and 1HNMR,δ:1.180,2.840,5.409,6.058,6.490~7.123.Rat acute oral toxicity show that,the synthesized tea-polyphenol arsenic complex proved to be an organic matter of low toxicity.
