摘    要:由乙氧甲叉基丙二酸二乙酯和相应的脒在碱性条件下合成了4-羟基-5-嘧啶甲酸乙酯和2-甲基-4-羟基-5-嘧啶甲酸乙酯,原料易得、操作步骤简单、反应条件温和,产率呵分别达到80%和91%.

Abstract:Starting from diethyl 2-(ethoxymethylene)malonate,the target molecules ethyl 4-hydroxypyrimidine-5-carboxylate and ethyl 4-hydroxy-2-methylpyrimidine-5-carboxylate were synthesized at a yield of 80% and 92%,respectively.The one-step method for synthesis of the target molecules was simple with a higher yield of target products as compared to the reported method.
