摘    要:阐述了地区电网电压无功优化控制系统设计的技术方案,利用调度自动化系统的"四遥"功能,从全网角度进行无功电压优化闭环控制,实现无功补偿设备合理投入和主变分接开关适量调节,从而实现无功分层就地平衡.进一步提高地区电网调度自动化水平,全面改善和提高电网电压质量,降低电网损耗,更好地适应电力系统运行的稳定性、安全性和经济性.

Abstract:The technical proposal of voltage reactive power optimization control system in local power grid is elaborated. From the angle of the whole power grid,the system can optimize the closed-loop control of reactive voltage by "four telecontrol" function in dispatching automation system. It carries out the exact application of reactive compensator and the on-load tap appropriate changer for voltage regulation transformers,and realizes the balance of reactive voltage in local site. Thus the target of improving the quality of power grid and minimizing the transmission cost can be obtained. Through the system,the automation level,the reliability and the profitability of local power grid can be greatly improved.
