| 摘 要： | 采用混联研抛机床对自由曲面进行了研磨加工,在不同的加工条件下,通过对相同的曲面片进行研磨实验,探讨了研磨参数变化对自由曲面的研磨效率和表面质量的影响规律,通过对研磨加工工艺过程的分析,建立了研磨条件的数学表达式,推导出影响表面质量和加工效率的4个研磨工艺参数,并分析了研磨参数对表面粗糙度的影响。初步建立了自由曲面研磨的专家系统,为研磨过程的自适应控制提供依据。

| Abstract: | A series and parallel polishing machine was utilized to polish the free-form surface.Under the different polishing conditions,the same surface was polished to analyse the effects of different parameters on the free-surface quality and the processing efficiency.By analysing the process of polishing,a mathematical representation of polishing conditions was established,4 polishing parameters affecting the free-surface quality and the processing efficiency were deduced,and their effects on surface roughness were analysed.A preliminary free-form surface polishing expert system was established and providing a basis for adaptive control of polishing process. |
