对位芳纶织物性能分析

摘    要:以中国神马集团生产的对位芳纶纤维束和美国杜邦公司生产的Kevlar49纤维束为实验材料,织造不同规格的芳纶平纹织物,并测试织物的抗静电性能和极限氧指数.通过纤维的红外光谱测试和粘度检测并计算其聚合度,比较分子结构的差异,分析造成抗静电性能和极限氧指数差别的原因.研究表明:2种纤维的化学结构成分相同,但国产对位芳纶纤维的聚合度低于Kevlar49纤维.由于聚合度和纤维细度的差异,导致了国产对位芳纶织物的表面电阻大于Kevlar49织物,极限氧指数小于Kevlar49织物.

Abstract:Taking Aramid 1414 fibers made in China and Kevlar49 fibers made in the USA as experimental materials were used in this paper.Different norms of plain clothes were weaved to test the properties of antistatic agent and LOI.The differences of molecule structures were tested and contrasted through infrared spectrum and degree of polymerization by the detections of viscosity to explain the distinctions of antistatic agent and LOI.Research shows that molecule structures of this two fibers are same,but the degree...
