| 摘 要： | 根据生产企业的技术要求,设计了一种利用PLC加伺服驱动实现的双外环缝焊接专机,介绍了该设备的硬件配置、工艺过程和软件实现过程.该设备运行效果良好,可以完全取代机器人焊接工作站,降低了成本.

| Abstract: | A double-encircling welding equipment according to the technical requirements of the enterprise is designed by PLC and servo drive.And the hardware configuration,process engineering and software realization are introduced in the paper.The results show that the equipment can replace the old robot workstation and is well running,the costs are reduced,too. |
