摘    要:以某石化公司延迟焦化装置蜡油蒸汽发生器泄漏为例,从设备管束支撑结构、壳体结构、换热面积、温差应力、管板计算等方面阐述了设备失效的原因.

Abstract:Through a case study of leak of the coker gas oil steam generator in the delayed coker of a petrochemical company, the causes of equipment failure are analyzed in respect of tube support structure, shell construction, heat transfer surface area, temperature difference, stress and tube sheet calculation etc.
