| 摘 要： | 随着原油性质表现出的劣质化、重质化,兰州炼油厂自1999年以来,设备腐蚀加剧,事故发生频繁,造成非计划停工312小时.针对上述问题该厂加强了"一脱二注"工艺防腐蚀措施的管理工作,先后采用了SF-121B、NS-9906等新型中和缓蚀剂和高效破乳剂,并对高温部位进行了材质升级和加注高温缓蚀剂措施,使常减压蒸馏装置的腐蚀得到了有效控制.

| Abstract: | As the crude oil becomes heavier and inferior, Lanzhou Refinery has suffered increased equipment corrosion and frequent accident occurrences, resulting in 312 hours' unscheduled shutdown since 1999. To deal with these problems, the refinery has strengthened the corrosion protection management by applying new type high-efficiency neutralization corrosion inhibitor and emulsion breaker like SF-121B and NS-9906 etc and upgrading the materials for the high-temperature section and injection of high-temperature corrosion inhibitor, which have effectively controlled the corrosion of the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit. |
