工程管理专业人才培养模式及课程设置研究

工程管理专业培养目标的实现要靠合理的知识结构及科学的课程设置来体现。依据近年来学科发展动态和教学实践，结合学校自身优势，提出按“四个平台”的框架来构建工程管理专业的课程与知识体系，调整和增加了部分专业基础课和专业课，列出了各门课程的基本内容要求，使教学计划和教学内容更趋合理、完善。

The Research on the Education Mode and the Curriculums Setting for the Engineering Management Major

The training target realization for engineering management major depends on the reasonable knowl- edge construction and the scientific curriculums setting.The principles are made in accordance with the recent teaching practice and development of engineering management major,and we put forward the frame that press"four terraces"setting up the engineering management,the professional course and knowledge system,which is juxtaposed the each curricular and basic contents request.The principles also embody the advantages of our u- niversity and some basic and majored courses are adjusted and increased.According to the variation of the teaching contents and the teaching hours of some courses are adjusted.The sequences of some courses are re- arranged to make the teaching plans and contents tend to be perfect and reasonable.
