| 摘 要： | 针对大型联合化工厂控制系统的特点,安全仪表系统的功能、特性等方面,结合现有的相关标准及相关政府部门下发的文件来探讨可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警系统,结论是可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警系统不属于安全仪表系统,在设置可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警系统时不需要考虑安全完整性等级(SIL)的问题,针对新建、改扩建装置提出了可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警系统设置方式,针对已经运行的生产装置的可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警系统提出了改进方法。
