城市住宅顶部空间利用方式的新探索

为了进一步提高我国住宅建设水平,从变革住宅顶部空间利用方式与住宅建筑形态,改善家庭、邻里关系与更新居住生活方式,改善居住环境质量与体现可持续发展思想等住宅设计理念出发,探索了一种新型的城市住宅顶部空间利用的构思方案,即充分利用住宅的顶部空间,建造封闭式有机玻璃太阳房,创造出集交往、休闲、健身、游戏、娱乐等多功能于一体的供全楼居民共享的大型"起居室”和"空中庭园”,并从多个方面研究了这一方案的可行性.

The new exploration on the space usage on the top of urban housing

To upgrade the level of housing construction in China beginning, from some ideas on housing design such as changing the form of the space using on the top of housing and the shape of housing architecture, renewing living style, improving the relations within families and among neighbors, bettering the quality of residential environment and embodying the idea of sustainable development, this paper goes on to explore a new way of fully using space on top of urban housing to construct enclosed plexiglass solar rooms on the top of houses, to create multifunctional ″living room″ or ″garden in the air″ to serve all residents in the housing for intercourse, leisure, sports, game and amusement. The feasibility of the idea is studied from multiple aspects.
