长三角地区城市水安全模糊聚类分析

摘    要:为评价长三角地区水安全状况,运用"生命-经济-环境-资源"综合评价指标体系构建原则,共选取14个水安全状态指标,根据2008~2011年长三角16个城市水安全状态样本数据,采用模糊系统聚类方法,对这16个城市的水安全状况进行模糊聚类得到动态聚类图,运用F-统计量对所有分类结果进行显著性检验。从九类显著分类中确定实际最优分类数为4,上海、台州、湖州各为一类,其余城市均为第四类。

Fuzzy Clustering on Urban Water Security in Yangtze Delta

Abstract:To evaluate the water security situation in Yangtze river delta, by using "resources economy environment life" construction principles of comprehensive evaluation index system, 14 water security status indicators are selected. Based on the sample data of urban water security state in the Yangtze River delta cities from year 2008 to 2011, water security stats of 16 cities in Yangtze River delta are clustered by using fuzzy system clustering method. And then dynamic clustering diagram is presented. Finally, F statistic is used for significance test of clustering results. Among the nine significant clustering results, the experiment optimal cluster is determined to have four cities. Shanghai, Taizhou and Huzhou form a unique cluster respectively while the rest cities are in the fourth cluster.
