摘    要:工业节水潜力计算是政府制定工业用水规划的重要依据,同时可促进工业节水技术的进步和增强全社会节水意识。基于工业节水潜力计算的研究现状,提出一种新的计算方法,通过定量分析历年节水数据,选取合理的工业节水指标,引入Elman神经网络和误差反传算法进行工业节水潜力计算,并以泰安市工业用水情况为例验证了该计算方法的可行性。结果表明,Elman神经网络模型对节水潜力计算过程中存在的函数关系具有良好的非线性逼近能力。

Abstract:The calculation of the amount of industrial water-saving is an important basis for the government in formulating industrial water use plan, and the industrial water-saving technique can be progressed and social water-saving awareness can be enhanced. This article presents a new calculation method based on the current situation of industrial water-saving potential calculation. Water-saving data over the years is analyzed quantitatively and the suitable index of industrial water-saving is selected. The calculate process of industrial water-saving potential is solved by introduction of the Elman neural network. The feasibility of the proposed method is verified by industrial water consumption in Taian City. The results show that the Elman neural network has good nonlinear approximation ability in solving the function relation in the process of calculating the amount of industrial water-saving.
