摘    要:针对小水电大量接入配电网后引起配电线路电压偏高的问题,提出了10 kV并联电抗器在含小水电配电网中的优化配置方法,通过对电压损耗公式进行解耦推演,从而得到电压损耗无功解耦算式,据此确定10 kV并联电抗器的补偿点,以优化并联电抗器的调压效果,构建小水电“串灯笼”接线模型的仿真结果表明,该方法确定的补偿点调压效果最优,配置容量最少,是一种切实可行的有效方法。

Abstract:For a large number of small hydropower access to distribution network caused the high voltage problem of distribution lines, the optimal configuration method of 10 kV parallel reactors in distribution network with small hydro power is proposed. By decoupling voltage loss formula to get reactive power decoupling formula of voltage loss, the compensation point of 10 kV parallel reactors is determined to optimize the voltage regulation effect of parallel reactors. Small hydropower series lanterns wiring model simulation results show that the proposed method for determination of compensation point has the best voltage regulation effect and the least desired configuration capacity, which is a practical and effective way.
