高新技术企业核心人才流失的原因分析

摘    要:核心人才,是那些拥有专业技术、掌握关键资源的具有不可替代特点的人,他们的流失对高新技术企业具有重大影响,往往会直接影响企业的生存和进一步发展。分析了核心人才流失对高新技术企业的风险以及高新技术企业核心人才流失的原因,并提出了解决高新技术企业核心人才流失的几种对策。

Abstract:The core talents, those with professional skills, mastering the key resources, having the characteristics of irreplaceable, their loss has a significant impact on high - tech enterprises, which often has a direct impact on the survival and further development for enterprises. This paper analyzes the risk of the core brain drain in high - tech enterprises, as well as the reasons for the core brain drain, and puts forward several countermeasures to solve the core brain drain of high- tech enterprise.
