氧化锆测氧传感器的测量误差和检验方法

摘    要:针对目前广泛采用的氧化锆头测烟气中氧含量的技术,在使用中存在的一些问题,讨论了影响氧化锆头测量精度的锆头静态特性的非线性、被测气体流量及锆头工作温度等主要因素。提出了测量误差的主要原因及如何减少误差的一些看法,期望找出提高测量精度,延长锆头寿命的途径。

Abstract:Being aimed at some problems existing in application of the technology which was widely used in measuring oxygen content in flu gas with the probe of zirconia, Effects of nonlinearity of the probe static performance, flow of measured gas and working temperature, etc. on the measuring accuracy of the probe were discussed. At last, The main reason of measuring error and some ideas to reduce the error were presented.
