新型短针化纤盖板针布的设计与性能研究

摘    要:着重了新型短针化纤盖板针布的设计特点,并分析了它的工作特性和使用效果。研究表明:短针盖板不仅鉴定适用强分梳且从根本上解决了盖板花的充塞问题,使梳理负荷大大减轻,成纱也明显提高,其工艺性能超过国外同类型产品,且有节料,节能、抗轧、防绕等优点,能适纺多种化纤和特种毛纤维。

Abstract:Design features discussed here with the property and application effectiveness of new short pinned flat clothing for synthetic fibre.Study shows that sew short pinned flat clothing can be used for heavy duty combing and can solve fibre jam problem of flat clothing thoroughly as well,as a result,combing load is much reduced and quality yarn is produced.The processability of the clothing is better than that of overseas products of the same kind.It is characteristic of energy saving and cost effective,anti-rolling and anti-entangling.It can be employed in production of synthetic fibre and special wool fibre.
