摘    要:目前现代深孔加工技术领域中长径比L/D≥20以上的等直径或两端大中间小超长通深孔加工已比较成熟,但对于两端小中间大,中部带有圆柱面、锥面、球面等复杂曲面的超长异形通深孔,即所谓的‘大肚子’孔零件大幅扩孔、粗精镗削加工没有得到解决.针对这一难题,开发设计了一种具有防振、自导向功能的高效精密变径镗刀.详细介绍了此种精密变径镗刀的结构特点、设计原理、装配使用情况.在实践中取得了良好的使用效果.

Abstract:At present,the super-deep hole which has a same aperture or a samll center and big ends could enlarge well in the realm of modern deep hole processing technology,while the’bellied’deep hole with a big center and both small ends which has a special surface in the middle,such as cylndrical surface,conical surface and spherical surface can not manufacture.Based on this problem,this paper develops and designs a special high precision adjustable boring cutter with antihunting and self-directed function.Details of such precision adjustable boring cutter of the structure,design principle,assembly use is introduced.In practice,the processing achieved excellent results.
