| 摘 要： | 随着三网融合的发展,互联网媒体地位不断提升,我国电信企业正在发生变革,电信运营商必须充分把握三网融合所带来的优势和机遇,创新发展模式,才能应对融合所带来的挑战。该文分析三网融合的发展趋势和对电信运营商的影响,结合电信运营商的优势及劣势,从宽带接入网、网络安全、运维管理、全业务运营、对外合作等方面对新形势下电信运营商的发展策略进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | With the development of triple play,lnternet media status rising,China＇s telecommunications busi- ness is undergoing transformation,telecom operators must take full advantage of the benefits of triple play and opportunities,innovative development model,in order to cope with the challenges of integration.This pa- per analyzes the network convergence trends and the impact of the telecommunications carriers,combined carriers and the advantages and disadvantages,from broadband access,network security,operation and maintenance management,full-service operation,external cooperation under the new situation Telecom op- erators to devetop strategies discussed. |
