摘    要:营养型、功能性白酒是顺应时代潮流,与社会发展同步,适应消费者需求的“优质、卫生、营养”的白酒。它利用现代生物工程技术,依托高新技术,结合了现代中药的研发技术,丰富和发展了传统白酒的内涵。营养型、功能性白酒既保持了原传统酒风格,又具有营养保健功能,必将会在酿酒工业的发展史上增添光辉的篇章。

Abstract:To keep up with social development and meet consumer's requirement of "Quality, Health and Nutrition" liquor, nutritional & functional liquor was developed. The liquor was produced by modern bioengineering techniques and hi-techs coupled with modern herbs development techniques. As nutritional & functional liquor was in possession of traditional liquor characteristics and nutritional functions, its development would enrich liquor categories, expand traditional liquor range, and add new glory in the development history of liquor-making industry.
