摘    要:型孔轮式机械排种器不能适应精播的主要原因之一是对种子尺寸变化适应性差。本文以一种内侧充种垂直圆盘排种器———组合内窝孔精密排种器为例 ,对该排种器内窝定量孔中多余种子清种过程进行了理论分析和计算机模拟。分析结果表明 ,当种子尺寸较小时 ,内窝定量孔的长度及内窝孔轮的转速是影响内窝定量孔中多余种子清种的主要因素。

Abstract:Cell type metering device can not meet the needs of precision planting.One of the main reasons is that the device is not suitable for the variety of seed size.In this paper,a new type of vertical plate metering device filling in inside,i.e,precision metering device with concave metering inner cell is chosen as an example.Through the theoretical analysis and computer simulation of the clearing process of a small seed in metering inner cell,the result shows when the seeds in metering inner cell are smaller,the main factors of affecting clearing process are the length of metering inner cells and the rotative velocity of the vertical plate.
