MRAC-PID复合控制在液力控制系统中的应用

摘    要:由于作为控制元件的调整型液力偶合器的动态特性非常复杂 ,直接影响了整个系统(如渣浆泵调速型液力偶合器调速液位控制系统 )的动态过程 ,使得系统的调节具有严重的非线性 ,系统模型具有不确定性。为此本文提出采用模型参考自适应 (MRAC)与PID复合控制的方法来解决上述问题。与常规自适应控制法相比该方法大大简化了系统设计 ,大量的仿真和实验研究也证明了此方法是有效和实用的。

Abstract:While hydraulic coupling for changing speed is the control element,the dynamic property influences the dynamic process of all the system.For example,the slay mud pump liquid level control system by hydraulic coupling,becomes bad.This paper puts forward the MRAC PID control method which simpifies the design of conventional model reference with the adaptive control system.The control method has been testified possible and practical by a lot of emulation and imitation experiments.
