摘    要:基于DFT的电力系统相量及功率测量新算法之幅值简化算法在频率偏离工频较大的时候所计算得出的幅值误差较大,对于一些电力系统微机装置而言,例如低频低压减载装置,需要在更大的频率范围内精确测量幅值。在幅值简化算法的基础上做了一点改进,使得在45.0-55.0Hz频率下计算得到幅值误差不超过-0.5%-0.5%,满足了工程应用要求。

Abstract:The errors of amplitude calculation for DFT-based phasor and power measurements are large when frequency deviates obviously power frequency. But some digital protect equipments such as under-frequency load shedding devices need accurate amplitude measurement with the frequency varying in a great range. Some improvements are applied to the simplify amplitude measurement algorithm in order that the errors of amplitude calculation don't exceed 0.5% when the frequency changes between 45 Hz and 55Hz, which meets the requirements of engineering application.
