稠油热采燃煤注汽锅炉研究

针对注蒸汽热力开采稠油会耗用大量原油或天然气的问题,研制了稠油热采燃煤注汽锅炉。它采用链条炉排直流锅炉的技术方案,柴油机直驱高压泵智能断电补水系统以及柔性鳍片管膜式水冷壁、锻造厚壁管集箱等技术,攻克了燃料结构调整后的技术难关。经过热工测试和环保测试,该锅炉的各项环保指标符合国家节能和环保标准要求。2007年在辽河油田推广应用23t/h燃煤注汽锅炉8台,投产后每年可节约原油6万余吨。此外,新研制的QXL48—17.5—AⅡ型燃煤注汽锅炉可同时为8～10个井组注汽,完全满足稠油热采蒸汽驱技术的需求。

Study of boiler for steam injection by burning coal in thermal recovery of viscous oil

For solving the problem of consuming a large amount of crude oil for steam injection in thermal recovery of viscous oil, the boiler for steam injection by burning coal is developed. It uses the technical scheme of chain stocker once-through boiler with direct-drive diesel engine high-pressure pump intelligent power and water system, flexible fin film tube membrane water cooling wall and forging thick-walled tube, which solves the technical problem after adjusting the fuel. After thermal testing and environmental testing, all the environmental data are in accordance with the State energy-saving and environment standards. In 2007, 8 boilers were used in Liaohe Oilfield and about 60,000 tons of crude oil was saved annually. In addition, the newly-developed QXL48—17.5—AⅡ boiler can provide steam for 8~10 well groups simultaneously, which can completely meet the demand.
