风机变桨轴承螺栓的疲劳性能研究

摘    要:杆部直径不同的变桨轴承螺栓的耐疲劳性能会直接影响风力发电机的使用寿命。采用静态拉伸试验、螺栓结合面拉开试验和疲劳试验等方法对杆部直径不同的变桨轴承的疲劳性能进行分析。结果表明,在相同运行工况下,缩小变桨轴承螺栓的杆部直径,降低螺栓与被连接件的刚度比,可有效改善螺栓的疲劳性能。

Abstract:Service life of wind turbine is affected by the fatigue property of the bolts connecting blade bearing and hub when diameter of the stud varying.Static stretching test on the bolt,pull test at joint surface of screw and stud as well as the fatigue property test are performed,to analyze the fatigue property of the pitch bearing quipped with different stud diameters.The results show that both decreasing the stud diameter of the pitch bearing bolt or reducing stiffness ratio between bolts and clamping parts will improve the bolt fatigue property when wind turbine operating under same condition.
