摘    要:Quasi-Z源间接矩阵变换器(QZS-IMC)具有高的电压增益、强的抗干扰能力,尤其是对电网电压跌落具有穿越能力。首先,分析QZS-IMC的运行原理,建立其数学模型;在此基础上,将其应用于电机驱动系统,提出一种具有低电压穿越能力的QZS-IMC感应电机驱动系统。所提出的电机驱动系统在输入电源电压跌落时可以自动调节升压比,以确保变换器输出电压恒定而不影响电机运行。所提出的电机驱动系统最大限度地利用了逆变级调制度,通过调节整流级调制指数和直通占空比进行电机调速,可降低QZS-IMC系统的损耗。对所提出的QZS-IMC电机驱动系统进行了仿真和实验测试,结果表明,所提出的新型调速系统具有优良的低电压穿越能力,而且实现了高效率运行。

Abstract:The Quasi-Z source indirect matrix converter(QZS-IMC)has high voltage gain and strong ability against interference,especially has low voltage ride through capability at grid voltage drop.First of all,operational principle of the QZS-IMC was analyzed and its mathematical model was built.Then,the QZS-IMC was applied to motor drive and a QZS-IMC based induction motor drive system with low voltage ride through capability was proposed.The proposed motor drive can automatically adjust voltage boost ratio of the converter to maintain constant output voltage when grid voltage drops so that the motor operation was not affected.In addition,the proposed motor drive system maximally utilizes modulation index of inverter stage.Motor speed adjustment was achieved by tuning shoot-through duty cycle and modulation index of rectifier stage to lower power loss of the QZS-IMC.Simulation and experimental tests are carried out on the proposed QZS-IMC motor drive system.The test results verify that the proposed motor drive system has excellent performance in low voltage ride through capability and shows high efficiency during operation.
