声压法与声强法测定电力电容器单元噪声试验研究

摘    要:电力电容器是高压直流换流站中的主要噪声源之一,在电容器产品出厂阶段准确测定其噪声声功率级,对预测和控制换流站整体噪声水平具有重要意义。本文首先分析了声压法和声强法测定电力电容器单元噪声声功率的方法;针对某型号的电力电容器单元,采用17点声压法和声强法开展了噪声试验研究。结果表明,声压法和声强法的测试结果非常接近,而声压法测试简单、效率高。此外,试验研究了17点声压法测量表面与电容器表面距离分别为1 m和0.3 m的结果差异,通过与声强法测试结果比较发现,当测距采用1 m时,声压法测试结果与声强法测试结果更接近。

Abstract:Power capacitor is one of the main noise sources in HVDC converter station. Accurate measure ment of its noise sound power level at delivery stage is of great significance to predict and control the overall noise level of converter station. In this paper, the sound pressure method and sound intensity method are first analyzed to measure the noise sound power of power capacitor units. For a certain type of power capaci tor unit, the noise test was carried out by using 17-point sound pressure and sound intensity method. It shown by the result that the test results of sound pressure and sound intensity method is very close,while the former method is simple and efficient. In addition,the difference of result with distance from the mea surement surface and capacitor surface at 1 m and 0.3 m respectively by 17 points of sound pressure meth od is studied in the test and it is found through comparison with the test result of sound intensity method that when the measurement distance at 1 m is adopted, the result by sound pressure method and sound in tensity method is more close.
