摘    要:针对变电站电容器组和动态无功补偿装置的协调配合及优化分组问题,提出一种基于超调率指标的无功优化配置方法。构建变电站无功优化规划指标体系,以无功超调率指标协调无功配置组数与单组容量之间的矛盾。建立无功规划电网模型及数学模型,采用改进遗传算法计算得到最优无功配置容量。对补偿点进行电压无功灵敏度分析,获取无功超调率指标的大小,得到以无功超调率为指导的电容器组与静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)协调配合的无功配置推荐方案,以及只采用电容器组的调整方案。通过与另外3种已有的方法进行验证对比,表明了本文方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:In view of such issue as coordination and optimization grouping of substation capacitor bank and dynamic reactive power compensation device,a kind of new reactive power optimization configuration method based on overshoot rate index is proposed.The substation reactive power optimization planning index system is constructedand the contradiction between the reactive power configuration group numbers and the single group capacity is coordinated by the reactive overshoot rate index.The reactive power planning grid model and mathematical model are set up and the improved genetic algorithm is used to optimize and obtain the optimal reactive power configuration capacity.Voltage and reactive sensitivity analysis is performed on the compensation point to obtain the size of the reactive overshoot rate indicator.The recommended reactive power configuration scheme of capacitor bank coordinated with static synchronous compensator guided by reactive overshoot ratio is obtained.Moreover,the adjustment scheme using only capacitor banks is given.The effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method are demonstrated by way of comparing with other three existed methods.
