| 摘 要： | 通过挥发性试验、中性盐雾试验、摩擦因数测试和脱脂性能测试对比了4种热镀锌产品用防锈油(成分相同,但防锈剂和酯类辅助添加剂用量不同)的挥发性、润滑性、耐蚀性和可清洗性。结果表明,各种防锈油在自然环境下都会快速挥发,在储存时应做好防护,避免防锈油挥发而导致防锈、润滑等作用消失。4种防锈油各有优势,可根据实际应用场合来选用。

| Abstract: | The volatility,lubricity,corrosion resistance,and cleanability of four kinds of antirust oils for hot-dip galvanized products which had the same compositions but different contents of antirust agent and ester additive were studied by volatility test,neutral salt spray test,friction coefficient test,and degreasing test,respectively.The results showed that all of the antirust oils volatilized quickly in the natural environment.It is necessary to protect the products well during storage to avoid losing the efficiency of the antirust oils in antirust and lubrication due to their evaporation.The said antirust oils have their own advantages.It is recommended to select a suitable antirust oil according to different practical applications. |
