高层民用建筑电能质量治理方法探究

摘    要:谐波问题、三相不平衡以及无功功率引起的电压稳定性问题已经使高层民用建筑成为城市供电电能质量较差的区域,对于这些区域的电网需要加强管理,保证整体供电网络的供电质量,防止供电设备及用电设备损坏。本文针对高层民用建筑电能质量问题进行研究,分析了其供电系统的负荷特点以及存在的三相功率不平衡、谐波过大和功率因数过低等电能质量问题,分析了相关电能质量治理设备的优缺点,并提出了面向该类电能质量问题的优化解决方案。

Abstract:Such issues as harmonic,three-phase imbalance and voltage stability due to reactive power have made the high rise buildings into the weak area of urban power supply quality.The grid in these area needs strengthening management so to assure power supply quality of the integrated power supply network and prevent the power supply equipment from being damaged.In this paper,the power quality problems of high rise civil buildings is studied,the load characteristics of its power supply system,and such power quality issues as three-phase power imbalance,excessive harmonics and low power factor are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of relevant power quality control equipmentis analyzed and the optimal solution to this kind of power quality problems is proposed.
