顶盖取水技术在黄登水电站水轮机上的应用

摘    要:随着顶盖取水技术越来越广泛地在水电机组上应用,如何通过对泵板结构的优化精准地解决取水量、取水压力、轴向水推力和泵板能耗等诸要素之间的合理匹配问题,成了水轮机设计中一项亟待完善的课题。本文介绍了一套顶盖取水设计方法以及在黄登水电站水轮机顶盖取水上的应用情况。

Abstract:As the top cover water intake technology is more and more widely used in hydropower units, it is an emergent issue in the design of hydraulic turbine to accurately solve the problem of coordination between water intake, water intake pressure, axial water thrust and pump plate energy consumption through optimization of the pump plate structure. This paper introduces a set of design methods for water intake from the top cover and its application in the turbine of Huangdeng hydropower station.
