开孔式泄水锥对混流式水轮机尾水涡带影响的研究

摘    要:本文从模型测试和非定常流动分析两方面研究了开孔式泄水锥对混流式水轮机尾水涡带的影响,通过对比水力效率、涡带型式、压力脉动频谱分析,表明泄水锥开孔对于涡带强度具有一定抑制作用,并能在一定程度上降低压力脉动的能量,达到提高机组稳定性的目的。

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of runner cone with holes on the tailwater vortex rope of the Francis turbine are studied from the two aspects of model test and unsteady flow numerical simulation analysis.By comparing the hydraulic efficiency,vortex pattern and pressure pulsation spectrum analysis,the holes of runner cone have effect on reducing vortex rope strength and the energy characteristics of the pressure pulsation,which leads to achieve the purpose of improving the stability of the unit.
