微束电弧选区熔化金属增材制造方法

摘    要:结合粉床铺粉和微束电弧技术,提出了一种新的微束电弧选区熔化金属增材技术,在成形精度方面与其他电弧增材制造方法相比有一定的优势.在介绍该熔化工艺与成形装置的基础上,通过实验研究了主要成形参数对成形质量的影响规律,最后用优选的工艺参数成形出简单的金属样件.

Abstract:Combined with powder bed and micro arc technology,a new micro arc selective melting metal additive method is proposed,which has advantages over other arc additive manufacturing methods in terms of forming accuracy.Based on the introduction of the melting process and the forming device,the influences of the main forming parameters on the forming quality were studied through experiments.Finally,simple metal samples were formed with the preferred process parameters.
