基于斑点鬣狗算法的风/光/抽水蓄能联合运行系统优化调度研究

摘    要:针对分布式能源发电给配电网带来的冲击问题,提出了利用抽水蓄能电站与新能源发电联合运行优化调度的解决方案。综合考虑功率平衡、抽水蓄能机组启停与工况转换等约束条件,构建了含风电、太阳能和抽水蓄能电站的多目标优化调度模型,并采用斑点鬣狗算法进行求解。仿真结果表明,在风光并网系统中加入抽水蓄能电站后,能够实现对电力系统的削峰填谷作用,其经济效益显著;斑点鬣狗算法在收敛速度和全局寻优的能力上具有明显优势。

Abstract:In view of the impact of distributed energy generation on the distribution network,this paper puts forward a solution to optimize the operation of the joint operation of pumped storage power station and new energy power generation.Considering the constraints of power balance,start-up and shutdown of pumped storage units and condition conversion,a multi-objective optimal scheduling model including wind power,solar energy and pumped storage power stations is constructed,and the solution is carried out by using the spotted hyena optimizer algorithm.The simulation results show that after adding the pumped storage power station to the grid connected system of the wind and solar system,it can cut the peak and fill the valley of the power system,with significant economic benefits.The spotted hyena optimizer algorithm has obvious advantages in convergence speed and global optimization ability.
