摘    要:采用热镀锌技术在Q235碳钢上制备彩色Zn–Mn层。研究了镀液中Mn的质量分数对Zn–Mn镀层外观、微观结构和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,Mn的添加能够抑制粗大的块状ζ-FeZn13相生长,促进致密δ-FeZn10相的生长,令镀层组织更均匀、致密,耐蚀性提高。在Mn的质量分数为0.3%的镀液中得到的Zn–Mn镀层的耐蚀性最佳。

Abstract:Zn-Mn coatings with different colors were prepared on Q235 steel by hot dipping technology.The effect of mass fraction of Mn in bath on the appearance,microstructure,and corrosion resistance of Zn-Mn coating was studied.The results showed that the addition of Mn to bath could retard the growth of coarse nodularζ-FeZn13 phase,while promote the growth of compactδ-FeZn10 phase,facilitating the formation of a more uniform and compact coating with better corrosion resistance.The Zn-Mn coating obtained from the bath containing 0.3 wt.%of Mn had the best corrosion resistance.
